Growing up can be complex and difficult.  Emotions and moods can take dramatic turns up and down.  Feeling bad is temporary even though it can feel like it will never end.  Sometimes the down feelings can make it seem like there is no place to turn and no way to make it stop.  Help is available to see you through this difficult time.  This web site will help you understand how to get help when you need it.  This site will also help you learn how to help a friend you are worried about.  There are many people who can help.   Please give them a chance to help you.
