Help and Information for Adults

Adulthood is full of complex experiences that can be stressful or disheartening, but persistent sense of hopeless, anxiety, and despair is a sign of depression. For some individuals the level of distress and hopeless can be so hard to bear that they have thoughts of ending their lives.  We want these people to be safe and to know that there are very real ways that they can feel better about themselves and their lives.  We offer the information for adults as the response from a community that cares about its members. There is reason to be hopeful because support and treatment are readily available and do really help.  Please use the questions below to receive responses to your concerns
